Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Meet & Greet bookings made through this website. We kindly ask you to read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

Booking Terms

  • Bookings must be made by individuals 18 years or older.
  • Bookings should be completed at least 24hrs to 48 hrs prior to your scheduled arrival or departure. Reservations made less than 24 hours may not be accepted—please contact us for clarification.
  • For Sunday services, bookings must be made by Friday before 4:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in non-fulfillment of the booking without liability.
  • For bookings involving more than five (5) passengers, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance by email. These requests are subject to prior confirmation.
  • Passengers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of booking. Errors will result in charges based on the applicable rates, and we are not liable for any consequences.
  • The confirmed price during booking is final and payable.
  • Prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include VAT, which will be itemized at checkout.
  • Each booking is valid for single use only.
  • All bookings are subject to availability. The Airport reserves the right to restrict or withdraw availability without notice.
  • Bookings are non-transferable and may not be resold or assigned, either wholly or partially.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations or Changes must be submitted via email no later than 12 hours before your travel date.
  • Bookings cancelled after this period will be considered as "No Show" and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of cancellation or modification, the passenger must send an email or whatsapp, and obtain confirmation of receipt from us.

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • Payment may be processed using a secure payment link, credit card, or bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the payment is declined, if the card is used fraudulently or without the cardholder’s authorization, or if the user is under the age of 18.
    To process and confirm your payment, it may be necessary to share your personal information with the relevant financial institution. Rest assured, your data will only be shared with the payment provider involved in the transaction and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
  • Upon successful completion of your booking, and after entering a travel date, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring that a valid and accessible email address is supplied at the time of booking.

Meet & Greet and Fast Track – Conditions of Use

  • Meet and Greet: A fully accompanied service where an agent assists the passenger throughout the airport journey until baggage collection. Please note that no services are provided outside the airport premises.
  • Fast Track: An unaccompanied service where the passenger access Fast Track facilities by his own for expedited passage through security, immigration, and other airport formalities.
  • Access and Availability
    • Access to the Fast Track lane is subject to the conditions outlined below.
    • Availability is not guaranteed. We do not warrant any specific queue length or wait time.
    • Fast Track may not necessarily be quicker than standard lanes.
  • Security Procedures
    • All passengers are subject to standard airport security procedures and regulations.
    • Passengers must allow sufficient time for check-in, security screening, and immigration processes.
  • Responsibility and Liability
    • Passengers are solely responsible for complying with their airline’s travel schedule.
    • Imperial Assist is not liable for missed flights due to:
      • Late arrival at the airport;
      • Delays caused by check-in or security procedures;
      • Non-compliance with airline requirements.
    • No liability is accepted for any resulting loss or damage from missed flights, regardless of cause.
  • Lounge Access
    • Passenger accommodation for three hours, a range of soft drinks, a range of teas and coffees, a range of snacks, Free WiFi.
    • Use of the Fast Track lane does not guarantee access to the departure lounge.
    • All applicable airport rules and access conditions apply independently.
    • Passengers are entitled to a standard stay of three (3) hours. In case of flight delays, continued access is subject to availability and may require re-entry with an additional three-hour stay.
    • Flight announcements will not be made within the lounge. The Handling Company accepts no responsibility for any passenger failing to board his or her flight, nor shall it be responsible for the Lounge users’ personal belongings.
  • Right to Refuse Access
    • Imperial Assist reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to the Fast Track lane without prior notice.

Conduct Rules

  • Passengers using our services are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times.
  • All conduct must comply with applicable laws and align with ethical standards.
  • Passengers must refrain from any behavior that could disturb, inconvenience, threaten, or endanger others in any way.

Legal Notice

This website is owned and operated by Imperial Assist SARL AU, a company registered under the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, with its registered office located in 2, Rue Essanaoubar, ETG 4, Bureau 12, Casablanca, Morocco.

General Provisions

  • Imperial Assist provides only Meet & Greet services and access to Fast Track Lane, and shall not be held liable for any costs, delays, or losses related to flights, airport procedures, or other travel arrangements. Passengers are solely responsible for allowing sufficient time for parking, terminal transfers, check-in, security screening, and boarding.
  • If Imperial Assist is unable to deliver the Meet & Greet service for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. While we will make every effort to provide advance notice, this may not always be possible.
  • Imperial Assist reserves the right to modify or withdraw any product or service listed on this site without prior notice.
  • While we strive to maintain a high standard of service, any concerns or complaints should be submitted via email to the contact provided. All feedback will be reviewed promptly and professionally.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
  • Force Majeure: Imperial Assist shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, airport closures, strikes, governmental restrictions, etc.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperial Assist’s liability for any claim arising from the use of its services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
  • Data Protection: All personal data collected for the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will be shared only as necessary to fulfill the service.
